Refund Policy
We hope you will never have to return a product, but if you do, we will do everything we can to meet your expectations and help you be satisfied with your purchase.
Returns: Our policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. The customer is also responsible for covering all shipping charges for returning the item.
Refunds (if applicable) : Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refund (if any) : If you haven't received your refund, please first check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.
Sale items (if available): Refunds are only available for regular priced items, unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchange (if any): We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
Gifts : If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. A gift certificate will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift recipient had the order shipped to give it to you later, we will refund the gift recipient and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping : To return your product, please contact us. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
